Apple silicon (arm64), macOS 14 or newer. The PKG is Developer ID signed, notarized and stapled. Intel Macs are not supported.
Mac feature differences and validation notes
The Mac build includes the drum generator, standalone app, VST3 and AU instrument for Logic Pro. MIDI routing depends on your DAW; MIDI-file export is an alternative. Optional creator MP4 export needs a working local FFmpeg installation. The owner confirmed standalone validation on their Mac on 20 September 2026. This covers the tested standalone app; the documented Mac feature limits still apply. These Windows and Mac packages include product-specific in-app licensing. Enter the receipt key for that product in ACTIVATE LICENSE. The website preview remains coming soon. The current Mac PKG includes the standalone app, VST3 and Audio Unit for Logic Pro. Open the signed, notarized installer, then restart the DAW. The plug-ins install for all users in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins. Remove older per-user plug-in copies after checking the new installation. See the product guide for the correct plug-in slot.

Can I use my own drum sounds?
MIDI export lets you bring the pattern into your DAW and use your preferred drum instrument. Preview kits help you audition ideas while building.
Does GrooveForge make complete arrangements?
The documented workflow includes patterns, fills and full-song arrangements. The guide explains the editor and export controls.

The licensed edition is GrooveForge-2.7.1-macOS-Licensed.pkg. It is Developer ID signed, notarized and stapled, and requires this product's receipt key from first use. It does not start or grant a free trial.
Download it from your private purchase downloads. Quit the app and DAW before installing. The licensed and trial editions replace each other in the same app and plug-in locations; install one edition at a time. Your projects and activation remain separate from the installer.
The original GrooveForge-2.7.1-macOS.pkg remains the trial-capable edition. Public trial downloads are not open.
