From idea to output
A workflow for your next session.
Start with TRY DEMO or load your own recording. Review the sampling region, source tempo and chop boundaries, choose a style, then press GENERATE FLIP. Audition the pattern and export WAV or MIDI.
Keep the good parts
Lock notes or bars, try controlled variations and compare four pattern slots.
Take the flip with you
Save the project and export stereo WAV or MIDI pad triggers. Projects reference the original recording.

Apple silicon (arm64), macOS 14 or newer. Ad-hoc signed development build; not notarized. Intel Macs are not supported.
Standalone app and VST3 instrument, with up to sixteen chops, monophonic flip playback and four pattern slots. Engine, workflow and JUCE VST3 host tests passed on the build Mac. macOS 14 execution and third-party DAW qualification remain open.

Can I download or buy CrateGhost?
This is a development preview. Public downloads and purchases are not yet available.
What does the Mac alpha include?
A standalone app and VST3 instrument for Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later. The package is ad-hoc signed and not notarized. It does not include an Audio Unit.
Does it separate stems or stretch audio independently of pitch?
No. This alpha provides sample chopping, tape pitch, monophonic patterns and four idea slots. Independent time stretching, source separation and generated drums are not included.
